For prototype parts using rapid aluminum tooling, we typically deliver first articles within 15-20 days from design approval. Production tooling takes 25-45 days depending on complexity. Once tooling is complete, we produce high quality parts in 1-15 days based on quantity and secondary operations. For 3D printed injection mold prototypes, turnaround can be even faster.

For an accurate injection molding quote, we need your 3D CAD files (STEP, STP, SLDPRT preferred), desired material specifications, required surface finish, anticipated production volume, and project timeline. Additionally, information about complex design features, tolerances, and any secondary operations helps us provide comprehensive pricing tailored to your injection molding needs.
