Exciting News! Yijin Hardware is rebranding to Yijin Solution. Read more →

No Drawings? No Problem. From concept to production, our designers and engineers handle everything in between. Explore Our New Services

Industries We Serve

We support marine equipment producers, yacht and workboat builders, deck hardware makers, and commercial offshore equipment builders. Our team manufactures pumps, deck systems, steering assemblies, and shipboard equipment components in corrosion-resistant grades, with each part produced to the customer drawing and supplied with material certificates. The scope is commercial marine throughout, covering both leisure and commercial offshore applications.

Manufacturing Capabilities for Marine

Yijin Solution combines CNC machining, Swiss turning, sheet metal fabrication, custom fastener production, and surface finishing for marine projects. Managing these processes through one supplier keeps drawing revisions, corrosion decisions, and inspection records under a single quality system. Our team supports prototyping through repeat production in 316 stainless steel, marine-grade aluminum, bronze, and titanium.

CNC Machining

CNC machining covers milled housings, manifolds, brackets, and pump and valve bodies in 316 and 304 stainless steel, marine-grade aluminum, and bronze. Machined features hold to plus or minus 0.01 mm on suitable geometry, subject to material and feature type.

sheet metal fabrication oil and gas parts manufacturer

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Sheet metal fabrication covers formed enclosures, control and instrument panels, and mounting plates in marine-grade aluminum and stainless steel. Custom marine equipment parts at this size suit fabrication rather than machining, since material cost and cycle time both fall.

cnc turning and swiss turning oil and gas parts manufacturer

Swiss Turning

Swiss turning produces small-diameter shafts, pins, threaded studs, and bushings, run across a fleet of more than 80 Swiss-type lathes. Slender marine hardware holds closer to nominal on a Swiss lathe, since the guide bushing supports the bar at the cut.

custom fasteners oil and gas parts manufacturer

Custom Fasteners

Cold heading and secondary threading produce custom stainless steel marine fasteners to plus or minus 0.02 mm across 150 cold heading machines. Fastener metallurgy decides the corrosion outcome on most marine assemblies, and the fasteners come from the same facility.

surface finishing marine parts manufacturer

Surface Finishing

Anodizing, passivation, and chromate conversion protect aluminum and stainless steel components against salt corrosion in service. Finish selection is confirmed at the quote stage, since the service environment decides which coating applies.

Parts We Make for Marine

We manufacture custom marine parts from customer drawings and 3D CAD files. Each part is produced to the specified material, tolerance, finish, and inspection requirements.

  • Pump and valve bodies machined from 316 stainless steel and bronze, with controlled sealing face finish
  • Shaft couplings and flanges turned to hold concentricity under running load
  • Precision shafts and pins, Swiss-turned at small diameters and held at length
  • Bushings and bearing sleeves in bronze and engineering plastics for wet running surfaces

From Idea to Production

Every marine project starts with a free DFM review, where material pairing, finish selection, and tolerances are settled before the first cut. For early-stage programs, our new product development services extend that support into concept work and design ahead of tooling. Prototypes typically run 3 to 7 days, and design revisions are absorbed within the same fixturing rather than restarting qualification. Production scales in the same facility under the same quality system, and inspection records travel with the parts at both stages.

Marine Custom Parts Manufacturing FAQs

The certifications held are ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949. Marine class society approval is not among them, and the quality system instead provides documented inspection, material certificates, and lot traceability on marine orders. Class society approval, issued by bodies such as DNV, ABS, and Lloyd’s Register, covers survey and type approval for programs that require it.

316 and 316L stainless steel suit wetted hardware, and 5052 and 6061 aluminum suit weight-sensitive structures. Bronze suits wet running surfaces, and titanium suits both conditions at once. Grade choice follows the exposure, the mating metal, and the finish rather than the part alone.

The DFM review flags dissimilar metal contact at the quote stage and proposes isolation, a coating, or a grade change. The decision belongs to the design intent behind the assembly. The engineering team supplies manufacturing options rather than a service life prediction.

Salt spray testers sit among the 281 inspection instruments on site, and testing is available on request. The test shows comparative finish performance under a defined exposure, not a service life figure for the finished assembly.

Machined features reach plus or minus 0.01 mm when geometry and material allow, with standard machined work at plus or minus 0.05 mm. Sheet metal precision tolerance reaches plus or minus 0.10 mm and standard tolerance plus or minus 0.30 mm. Achievable tolerance depends on feature type, part geometry, and the inspection method agreed upon at the quote stage.

Prototypes typically run 3 to 7 days, and production runs typically complete in 2 to 4 weeks. Part complexity, finishing scope, and inspection requirements drive both figures. Confirmed dates are issued with the quote.

Milled parts run within 3000 mm in length and turned parts within 400 mm in diameter. Sheet metal runs within 2440 by 1220 mm. Oversize marine hardware is quoted as a multi-part assembly of machined components rather than as a single piece.

Surface Finish Guides

A marine component is judged after a season in service, and that verdict is set at the material and finish decision rather than at the cut.

Yijin Solution manufactures commercial marine components to drawings in Shenzhen, with material and finish confirmed before tooling is committed.
