The facility holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 certifications. Certificate copies and inspection documentation are available before an order ships.

Minimum order quantity depends on the process. CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication start at a single prototype part. Die casting and injection molding require tooling, so minimum volumes are higher.

Pump and valve components are machined from stainless steel, brass, or aluminum, selected against the fluid, pressure, and corrosion conditions. Bronze is used for wear-critical parts such as impellers and wear rings.

Precision features hold plus or minus 0.01 mm, and standard machined features hold plus or minus 0.05 mm. Dimensions carrying no individual callout are referenced to ISO 2768.

A design change triggers a manufacturability review and a revised first article before production continues. The updated part passes the same dimensional checks as the original design.

Dimensional inspection reports, material certificates, and first article inspection results are supplied on request. Documentation is prepared before shipment and matched to the drawing revision released for production.
