Non-ITAR defense and defense-adjacent programs are supported with machined, cast, and fabricated components. The facility does not handle ITAR-controlled technical data or export-controlled defense articles. Program teams should confirm export classification before sharing drawings.

The facility holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 certification. Dimensional inspection reports and material certificates are available on request for each production order.

First article inspection covers full dimensional verification against the drawing, material certification review, and surface finish measurement. A first article report is issued before production release on new parts, new materials, or process changes.

CNC-machined defense components hold positional and bore tolerances to plus or minus 0.01 mm where the application requires it. Dimensions carrying no individual callout are referenced to ISO 2768.

Hard anodizing, chemical conversion coating, black oxide, and zinc phosphate finishes are available on machined and fabricated components. The finish class and thickness are specified on the drawing, since the facility works to the buyer’s finish call-out rather than a general defense finish standard.

Minimum order quantity varies by part complexity, material, and finish requirement. CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication start with a single prototype part. Die casting requires tooling, so minimum volumes are higher.
