Including Zeiss coordinate measuring machines. A Zeiss CONTURA measures to 0.001 mm, an order of magnitude tighter than the tightest tolerance we quote.
Renishaw OMP40 in-process probing
Probing on the machine between operations. A drifting dimension is caught during the cut, not at final inspection once the batch is made.
FAI and PPAP Level 3 documentation
First Article Inspection and Production Part Approval Process Level 3 paperwork travels with your parts. Results to ISO 2768 unless your drawing says otherwise.
Certified, not self-declared
Each standard below was issued by a third-party registrar after an on-site audit, and each is re-audited on a cycle.
Ask us for the certificate PDF before you place a first order. A supplier who cannot produce one on request does not hold it.

We own the plant in Shenzhen and have run it since 2003. No broker sits in the middle, so we can tell you which machine cut your part.
Yes. The NDA is signed before any drawing is opened or reviewed, not after quoting.
FAI and PPAP Level 3 as standard. If your programme needs a different format, say so at quote stage and it is built into the price.
