CNC Core Lathe
The CNC core lathes are used for the machining of rod materials. Parts can be turned by the spindle in a one-time and non-stop way, with a length of more than 150 mm and a machining diameter of up to 15 mm. These machines feature automatic feeding, turning in the nearest position of the material, high rigidity, fast machining, and one-time molding.
Secondary Machining Workshop
The secondary machining process for precision metals includes side drilling, tail drilling, arcing, slotting, milling, and flat machining, with the following machines used: carving machine, Suzhou Sanguang wire machine, hand grinding machine, semi-automatic drilling machine, surface polishing machine, electric punching machine, high-speed punching machine, bench press, horizontal punching machine, automatic chamfering machine, milling machine, etc.
(5-Axis) CNC Machining Workshop
This workshop is mainly used for precision part machining: milling, boring, drilling, tapping, and cutting threads and be conducted on the 5-axis CNC equipment with a variety of processes. Single-axis, dual-axis, three-axis, and interchangeable headstocks allow for maximum time saving, with a machining precision of ±0.001 mm, surface roughness of Ra:0.2, a machining stroke up to 200 mm, and a material machining diameter down to 1.5 mm.
Electroplating Factory
We have mature electroplating technologies for nickel plating, silver plating, gold plating, and palladium plating, including thick gold treatment (more than 100 u) and heavy metal treatment (PdNi). Currently, the basic output of the electroplating plant can reach 60kk pins/month. Yijin Hardware has established high standards for machining such as excellent current transmission capability, anti-oxidation, corrosion resistance, substrate protection, and easy adherence between the solder and the surface.
Quality Testing Equipment
Yijin Hardware has a range of high-precision testing equipment to meet the measurement requirements for different products. The projection magnification can be 20P or 50P, the measuring reading accuracy is 0.001 mm, and the dimensional hardness tester has a precision of ±2°.
