To help you better understand our services, here are some answers to frequently asked questions about custom machining parts and rapid prototyping.
YIJIN Hardware provides you with instant prices and lead times for custom parts, and you can get a quote in two ways:
1. Click on the “Get Quote” button of the website and submit the form to upload your CAD data and project information.
2. Send your CAD data and project requirements directly to our email email@example.com.
After receiving your inquiry, we will contact you within 12 hours and reply with quotation and DFM manufacturing analysis.
From project initiation to final delivery of parts, we designate a project manager for each project to provide one-on-one connection to ensure that customers are provided with thoughtful pre-sales and after-sales services throughout the process.
All machining processes are based on complete 3D data. YIJIN Hardware requires you to provide 3D data files in STEP, IGES, X_T or STL format for machining analysis and price evaluation. Please provide 2D files in DWG or PDF format if dimensional tolerances are required.
Our factory always implements strict measures to keep customer’s information confidential, YIJIN Hardware has developed a good reputation over the years through cooperation with many customers. If necessary, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement with you.
The production cycle depends on the size, quantity and machining requirements of the parts. In general, the order of the prototype can be completed within 3-9 days, and the rapid mold and injection usually takes 2-5 weeks.
YIJIN Hardware offers CNC machining, CNC rapid prototyping, die casting, CNC cutting and sheet metal, and surface treatment of parts.
Currently we can provide design services. After receiving the customer’s drawings, we can provide a manufacturing feasibility analysis (DFM) and processing suggestions for the customer to optimize the design.
The post-processing of parts that YIJIN Hardware can provide includes: assembly fitting, fastening and metal embedding, sanding and polishing, sandblasting and wire drawing, painting and silk screen printing. We also offer a range of specialist finish options such as anodizing, electroplating, chrome plating, chemical treatments, powder coating and more.
The selection of CNC machining materials is wide, and almost all engineering plastics and metal materials can be processed to ensure the consistency of trial parts and mass production parts.
In addition, it has high dimensional stability, high machining accuracy, high repeatability, and dimensional control that is unmatched by existing 3D printing technologies.
After grinding, polishing and surface treatment, the production effect is completely comparable to that of open mold products, or even higher. The processing of small batch or large size parts is more economical.
The final tolerance of a part depends on many factors, including but not limited to: part size, design geometry, material, surface finish, etc., so no given tolerance range applies to different types of parts.
Normally, we can guarantee the machining accuracy of ± 0.10mm to ± 0.05mm, and adopt the international standard ISO 2768 to control the unmarked linear tolerance of machined parts. If there are tighter tolerance requirements, our engineering team will communicate with you further.
We are equipped with CNC machine tools such as Haas and Beijing Jingdiao. Whether it is simple parts processing or complex precision parts that require 5-axis machining, we have the ability to handle any of your customized needs.
Maximum machining size: 1200 x 800 x 600 mm (may be disassembled according to the structural characteristics of the part)
YIJIN Hardware will proactively understand the quality points that customers care about from the initial communication, and provide cost-effective and rationalized suggestions from design, material, production process, manufacturability, etc.
Once your order is confirmed, we will conduct a full Manufacturing Feasibility Analysis (DFM) review for you to raise any issues we believe may affect the quality of your parts.
We will share the order manufacturing process with you in real time and resolve any quality issues that may be encountered during the production process.
All incoming materials will meet your design specifications, and a comprehensive inspection report can be provided for confirmation before shipment.
We have professional personnel and testing equipment to conduct full-scale inspection, and provide CMM reports or 3D scan reports according to customer needs to ensure that the quality of your parts is within the expected range.
We can provide OQC report according to customer’s specific requirements.
As per customer needs, we can also provide additional material reports, inspection reports, compliance certificates, etc.
This information requires customers to confirm clearly before placing an order, otherwise it will be difficult to temporarily provide information such as material reports.
Our standard sampling plan is based on mil-STD-105E, zero-defect sampling plan, as shown in the table.
