CNC Metal

Custom aluminum parts machined from 6061, 7075, 2024, and 5052, with finishing options like Type II/III anodizing, powder coating, and bead blasting. Holds tolerances as tight as ±0.01 mm, suitable for both prototypes and production runs.

Machined brass components in C360 free-cutting and C260 cartridge alloys. Choose from polishing, brushing, plating, or bead blasting. Capable of ±0.005 in tolerances, with quick turnaround from one-offs to volume orders.

On-demand copper parts in C101 (oxygen-free) and C110 (ETP) for high-conductivity applications. Available finishes include polishing, silver/gold plating, and bead blasting, with precision down to ±0.01 mm.

Strong, impact-resistant PC parts available clear or tinted, ideal for safety guards, lenses, and enclosures. Vapor polishing restores optical clarity, and bead blasting is available for matte finishes.

Chemical-resistant PP machined into tanks, fittings, and lab equipment. Offered in homopolymer and copolymer grades, with as-machined or bead-blasted finishes. Lightweight and weldable.

Versatile PVC parts in Type 1 (rigid) and CPVC for chemical processing, fluid handling, and electrical insulation. Standard as-machined finish, with painting and laser engraving as options.
Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene with exceptional wear resistance and low friction — great for liners, guides, and conveyor components. Available in natural and black, food-safe grades on request.
