Then it is clamped on a three-jaw chuck, and a shim is placed on one of the jaws to produce a certain eccentricity of the workpiece, and then it is turned. 3. Turning eccentric workpiece on double chuck: Turning the eccentric workpiece on the double chuck is to clamp the three-jaw self-centering chuck on the four-jaw single action chuck and then use the marking tool to check or correct the workpiece on the unprocessed surface, or make the relevant surface and datum between the appropriate position. Then move an eccentric clamping, as long as the workpiece clamping in the three-jaw self-centering chuck can be turned eccentric. This eliminates the need to align the workpiece. When moving the three-jaw chuck position, the aperture is sandwiched in the three-jaw self-centering chuck, and the eccentricity is determined by the percentage table, use a dial indicator to determine the eccentricity, and finally confirm the position of the three-jaw chuck in the four-jaw chuck.
6.Turning eccentric workpiece on special fixture: When processing short, high precision and large amount of eccentric workpiece can be turned on the special fixture.
