Custom DIN6921 Hex Head Flange Screw

Advantages of the Hex Head Flange Screw: A common bolt has a thick head which is hard to change shape. In the case of vibration after bolt installation, re-tightening is required. A flange screw has a thin part which can change shape a little bit for better locking. Besides, after a common bolt is screwed inside a hole, no tools can be used. A flange screw has a smaller head under which there is a flange plate for fastening, and a dedicated tool can be used inside the hole, with the same theory as the hex socket bolt. A flat gasket for the flange head makes the use of a hex head flange screw safer on a soft material without high abrasion resistance, leading to no perforation.
